first day of 2008

yeah... it's the new year... 2007 to 2008....
i have no resolutions but i jus wan to spend each day with fun, joy and laughter...
and i want to spend all with my friends and loved ones...



anyway during the new year's day itself.... i woke up early in the morning.... zhiwei too woke up early... you must be wondering why we would want to do that when we could spend the time to sleep a bit more... we must be crazy, especially when the weather was super nice for sleeping... haha... well... the reason is because we wanted to watch the sunrise together....

zhiwei drove us up to changi beach...
super windy when we got there... so i wore his jacket out...
should have brought an extra jacket but it never crossed our mind that it would be so cold and windy that morning... so zhiwei had to withstand the cold without any jacket...
surprising there were quite a lot of people at the place already...
some were camping there, others were like us who reached there just to see the sunrise...
we stood there for like 1 hour or so... but sadly.. that morning we did not see the sunrise...
our conclusion was.... maybe we went to the wrong place... or maybe that day the clouds were too much that it blocked our view of the sun rising... but in the end, i still do not get to see sunrise...
though it's sad i dun get to see the sunrise... i'm happy to spend the 1st morning of the new year with the one i love... it would just have been better if the sun could have risen in front of us... hehe :p So i hope that we could go overseas to have a better view in future... since the view in singapore is disappointing... :]

After all this is back home... and more sleep... haha...
