30 Sept 2006...

had to go work at courts that day... i actually wanted to skip work one... but every wk they hav wkend promotions and this wk shikin not working and the new ITE students are still fresh so i need to be there to at least guide them along... so i went to work though i had to rush off for the Forbidden City play at the Esplanade at 3pm... i changed and left work at abt 1.15pm... i made a wrong choice and took a bus down... shld hav taken the train... because there was a jam along the way to marina square... i tot i wouldnt make it on time... but it turns out my watch timing is faster so i was still able to made it to the opening of the play... because if we were late... we could only enter at the interval... and it would not have been worth watching... anyway i made it on time and throughout the show i was bit worried that my stomach would start grumbling cos i didnt had time to hav anything to eat b4 gg into the theatre... i had asked zhicheng to buy food for me and wanted to smuggle into the theatre but turned out they had baggage check on all the audience of the show b4 allowing us to enter... sigh too bad for me so i had to go in on a empty stomach... and during the interval we immediately went to collect the food we left at the counter and i was able to enjoy the food.... anyway after the whole show i was glad i made it on time... i really liked the way they added comedian flavour to the show, making it more enjoyable... and they got really good casts for the show...

after the show was over, we went to burger king to hav dinner while i waited for my other frens to come meet me... they say they'll reach at 7pm but i knew better... they will reach half an hour later and i was right... when they arrived, zhicheng left and we went to this western restuarant where the rest of them had their dinner... i was bit out of place cos my 2 girl frens (ade and tingting) were with their husband and bf... and they aso say i shld get a bf so that nxt tme can go out all together... easier said than done... dunno when i'll hav someone who likes me and i like him back... even my mum is worried that until this age i still dun hav a bf... tink it's partly because of the many comic books and romance novels i read b4 le... making me wan to look for the perfect relationship which is not possible in reality... but still i hope it'll not be bad :) my frens all say i hav high expectations but i dun tink so... i guess it's because i dunno wad i'm really looking for... but i know he must be able to get along well with my family... sigh...

anyway after the dinner we went to play bowling... played 2 rounds... den b4 we ended the aslt game i went to get a table at the pool place... and those who have cleared their game in the bowling alley went to play pool which was just opposite of the bowling alley.... dunno how many games we played at pool but mainly it was girls against guys... dunno if they took into account that i was alone so they didnt play doubles but i'm still grateful... den after pool... ade suggested gg kbox for singing... and we did... tink we all very onz that day... and didnt want to go home yet... that's y we were able to decide and move on to the nxt activity immediately... hee... and guess wad.. it's the 1st time i went home so late... we left marina sq at abt 3plus and i took a cab home... got home abt 4pm... luckily my parents were sound aslp or else i tink i would get it from my dad :p but it was a gd 1st time... hehe...

ok so this ended my day on the 30th... and i have alrdy made plans to meet ade and tingting soon to hav our haircut... and i aso wan do some shopping to get new clothes for my new job... sigh hav to spend b4 i got my salary... sad... luckily i got money from doing part time at courts... if not sure will burn a hole in my bankbook... hee :p
